How do I convert a mozilla.ps to html or some extention that can be read in a Microsoft OS?

Its part of ghostview and should be there automatically. Another, easier, way
is to install cups-pdf and have it print to PDF, bypassing PostScript (at
least from the user's perspective). With cups-pdf, you have a printer called
PDF. Anything you print to it will create a PDF in the ~/PDF directory. You
can use it in any app that way.
