How do I convert a mozilla.ps to html or some extention that can be read in a Microsoft OS?

Dear Willie,

I really appreciate the help, however I am a terminal dummy.  I opened a 
terminal and typed in cd desktop, then cd /desktop, then sudo cd 
desktop.  That is where I saved the mozilla.ps.

I am sorry to be so stupid.  I crave being able to use the terminal, 
however some of the basics are not explained.  Apparently they are so 
basic that the assumption is that everyone knows.

I keep getting *'No such file or directory'*.
