Providing a consistent UI across applications in Kubuntu

Currently, GTK apps and KDE apps have different File Chooser dialogs
in Kubuntu. This confuses users as one expects all applications in any
packaged OS to have a consistent UI. Please comment on this bug to
have the GTK File Chooser wrapped in a KDE File Chooser in Jaunty:
