Border on KDE taskbar items

yes, the icons are always flaky in the bar here too. as for the taskbar,
or as known now, task manager, right-click on desktop, desktop settings,
and check the desktop theme menu. check out the silicon theme, and the
heron theme, see if these are close to what you want. they change the
appearance of the bar, but i couldn't find one that's like Suse's.
