If to look packages:
http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=flashplugin&searchon=names&suite=all&section=all

... then there is written, that in hardy-backports repository at web section can be found
10.0.1.218+10.0.0.525ubuntu1~hardy1+really9.0.124.0ubuntu2 package.

If to use classical search at command line with apt:

$ sudo apt-cache search flashplugin
flashplugin-nonfree - Adobe Flash Player plugin installer
adobe-flashplugin - Adobe Flash Player plugin version 10

There we can see, that there's another plugin too. Let's look inside those plugins:

I installed that adobe-flashplugin and everything works fine. Suggest it also to others - you have
just enable the partner repository through Synaptic or Adept or just edit with root permissions the
file /etc/apt/sources.list and uncomment those rows:
deb http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu/ hardy partner
deb-src http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu/ hardy partner
