Hello Ray,

Here is a KMail tutorial (quite old unfortunately):
http://www.linuxplanet.com/linuxplanet/tutorials/5707/1/

I believe the most difficult for new users would be setting up the new mail
client with her/his mail account. Write to us when you bump into walls.
And don't worry about not having enough knowledge about the new system. Most
new users never reach the mailing list to ask for help, so you are already
on the right track and better than most do.

If you find that a particular feature is missing from the program, please
try and see if any of these extensions to Kmail does fit your needs:
http://kontact.kde.org/kmail/tools.php

You say "I am from the windows school of xp pro". Care to elaborate? I am
interested to see where new Kubuntu users come from. I am also interested if
you could provide some personal data like age, location, level of education,
what do you do for living. You are not required to give any details, but
this would help us spread the word about Kubuntu.

Thanks,
Bogdan
