latest updates

hi, i did "sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade" few minutes ago,
everything went right except for a few packages that were kept back, so
i did a "sudo apt-get dist-upgrade" and i got the following:

the packages to be upgraded are the ones kept back previously, but can
someone tell me about the packages to be removed? will they be kind of
part of the new office packages or what? i need arabic support! could
this be a glitch in APT?
