KLocale errors

On Kubuntu 8.04 my ~/.xsession-errors file is filled with almost 500
kb of this message:

kicker: WARNING: KLocale: trying to look up "" in catalog. Fix the program

For reference, this is my locale info:

What could it be complaining about, and how can I fix it? Thanks in advance.
