Yes, it sees pen drives just fine but I've not encrypted one yet.

What I have done, is make an entire floppy into a TrueCrypt volume with the 
windoze machine at work, and copied some files onto it. Now I've installed 
TrueCrypt on my laptop at home, running Hardy. What I can't figure out is, 
how do I select the floppy drive as a device to mount it? When I click the 
Select Device button all I see is hard drive partitions. I have ticked the 
box in the user administration section to allow me to use floppy drives.
