Sure. It has to do with firefox profilemanager and the capability to have
different profiles. You can start that with the command line:
firefox --profilemanager (firefox 3)
firefox-2 --profilemanager (firefox 2)
Let's say I've called the first one "profile4ff3" and the other
one "profile4ff2", I've then created two launchers, they can be on the
desktop, in the menu or wherever that is possible.
Launcher for FF3:
Name: Firefox 3
Command: firefox -profile /home/username/.mozilla/firefox/profile4ff3
Launcher for FF2:
Name: Firefox 2
Command: firefox-2 -profile /home/username/.mozilla/firefox/profile4ff2
I have also changed one of the icons so that they can be identified more
easily.
The reason I have done this is because FF3 used to make a mess of my extention
when used with the FF2 profile.
