Thanks, Jonas, but I have not problems with opening programs in
Hebrew. My problem is that cli applications, such as apt-get, are now
in Hebrew and the CLI does not support right-to-left languages such as
Hebrew. I will experiment more with the placement of the export
commands and see what works. Thanks.
