OT: Web conferencing software?

Since I got a new laptop with built-in webcam, and I have a friend with whom I am in the 
process of building a business plan with website, I have been looking for a good app that 
we both can use (he's still a Win user).
I looked at a few but couldn't find something that was easy to use.

I happened to come across:

It looks a great idea....

Any thoughts?
