wireless connection to linksys from Inspiron laptop

I have the same router, and the same laptop ;-) (Good taste, eh?)

I never used wicd, but as I am highly unsatisfied with NetworkManager,
I am curious about how your wicd attempt pays out.

So if it is not too much to ask, once you have reached a conclusion
about it, could you please post it to this list (or simply email me in
private).

Other than the wireless, the only thing that currently still takes
some struggle to get to work on this laptop, is a bluetooth headset.
If you need help setting that up, please feel free to email.
