CD Rom accessing Problem

Hi everyone,

I have installed Kubuntu 7.10 along with dual boot with Windows. I have a
problem that my linux does not recognize the CD Rom i.e. when I put any CD
in it, it won't work. The same CD rom at the same time works in Windows
environment. USB and other devices are properly detected and working in K
ubuntu.
