I've never used the help really so I can't speak to that. I think I asked a
couple questions of colleauges that have used it at first but that's about
it. For the most part its fairly intuitive after you get over it not being a
"glorified text editor" but an IDE (I came from using Textmate). Granted I
still don't know it inside and out, but I'm also far past the threshold
where its more of a help than a hindrance.
