I got blocked from this list and don't understand, why!

You could get a "disposable" mailbox that you use only for the list. Of course 
you must register with the new  address to the list. If it gets too polluted 
you can junk it and create another. The main problem is that when you write 
you must remember to change the sending settings in your mail agent, then 
back again.

Concerning the excessive bounces you may try to compare the archives with the 
mails you got to see if you finally got all your mails (after some bounces), 
perhaps an indication of server problems, see if there is pattern.
If it appears that many mails are missing, and the problem persists you may 
want to ask your ISP why it bounces your mails.

Somebody knows if some ISP bounce the spam mail they don't send you but keep 
on the server?
