NVDIA GeForce Go 7400 display adapter

Hi!
I have a Sony Vaio notebook  VGN-SZ330 P with 2046 MB memory, 120 GB HD and
a dual Intel Core Duo 2 GHz processor. Dual boot WinXP and Kubuntu 8.10.
When i try to install Compiz in Kubuntu it tells me that my computer cannot
run 3d effects, etc. Where do I go wrong?
