This file contains the malware/phishing URL's mostly from Google's Safe
Browsing service. You can delete this file but it will be recreated and
will grow again. If you purge it then Firefox will not be able to tell
what is a malicious URL. Unless you are hurting for disk space, I don't
recommend deleting it.
