That's the Inpiron (consumer) line - it's assembled from off-the-shelf
components, and changes frequently. The Latitude (or business) line
standardizes more, and the components stay the same for something like
18 months, while the Inspiron components change like every 6 months.
Hence it's possible for 2 units of the same Inspiron model to have
different components.
