PDF reader that lets one override fonts

I would have thought this was obvious, but looking at the settings of kpdf I 
was amazed to see nothing about fonts! So, you have a genuine puzzle here. 
Perhaps Acrobat? 

The only other idea I have is to open the pdf in Scribus (if it can) and then 
select-all (or some toolor other) and change it, save and view again.
