It's been happening to many and it's been fixed. Maybe the new packages have 
not reached your mirror yet.

As a quick fix 
hhttp://packages.debian.org/experimental/editors/openoffice.org-l10n-ar
should work.

Or you can try ubuntu.com instead of your mirror, though the latter will 
download any packages faster
