OpenOffice.org language issue

Hi All,

does anybody know why, after the last update of the OS, Adept asked me to 
*update* OpenOffice.org to v. 2.4.1. but has *uninstalled* the Italian 
language pack and the Italian Help?

Using Kubuntu 8.04
