Errors upgrading to 4.1 rc

Sorry, I should have posted this earlier. What finally resolved my problem 
was running "sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite 
/var/cache/archives/PACKAGENAMEHERE". Before you do that though, 
what are the exact errors you're getting?
