Sending message via bluetooth to cellphone

Can a script be used to send a message to a cellphone via bluetooth?
Kbluetooth currenlty works fine for transfering files between my
laptop and cellphone, but I'd like to send the phone text messages aas
well. Is this possible? Thanks in advance.
