I believe there was a thread about this last December either on
kubuntu-users or ubuntu-users. The conclusion was that there were no
FOSS solutions but that some slightly older versions of Naturally
Speaking for Windows (but not the latest version at the time) worked
fine using WINE.

I think I saved the information somewhere and can look it up if you need
me to.
