Gmail hides my own kubuntu-users posts

Or you could do as I do - I use Gmail for the very good spam filtering and the 
archives (which I find very useful), but deal with email via POP3 in my email 
client (Kmail) on my computer.

I receive my emails to this list via the list (via Gmail).
