Well you can always do it manually via the menu: Go > Closed Tabs. And it
seems that you can assign a shortcut for the Last Closed Tab in Settings >
Configure Shorcuts..

As I said, even from them you can get some good information. KDE 4.0.0 is
there exactly for that - for being tested by everyone and get some feedback.
Sometimes it's rude but it's better than nothing.
