KDE 4.0.0!

The more that I use the dolphin, the more that I realize that it isn't 
that bad except for a few things, such as tabbed browsing and the 
ability to make those side bars smaller!  Mostly it is that I am 
familiar with Konqureor and it there is no Killer feature in Dolphin.
