krunner is still under heavy development. At this point, I think it's
anybody's guess how it will end up.

If you have particular features you want to see, I would encourage you to
file a wishlist item at bugs.kde.org.

Not as far as I know; and if there is one somewhere, it is almost certainly
out of date :-(
