Because it's broken (http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=167996), and
while the code has been fixed and the bug is now marked "resolved", I
doubt we'll be seeing it before the KDE4.2 release, and quite likely not
until Jaunty Jerbil is released.
