I reset the jumpers on the MB again today to make sure I was starting in
default. Once I check the power to the processor, I will be relatively
certain that it is a board problem. They have already agreed to replace
it. I just want to be sure it is the PS before I return it. I don't
now if I mentioned, but I purchased a Power Supply Tester and it will be
here in a couple of days. I also bought some Arctic Silver.
