external usb modem

yes I read all the stuff I can found.
And nothing is working. It seems  its a driver problem:

capi not installed - No such device or address (6)

driver loaded and I see the device:

 isdnlog/dev/isdnctrl: No such device

trying to install the capi from source 
gives alot of errors:

dont know what I should try now. Im out of ideas.
