external usb modem

yes I read all the stuff I can found.
And nothing is working. It seems  its a driver problem:

 capiinfo
capi not installed - No such device or address (6)

driver loaded and I see the device:
lsusb

trying to install the capi from source 
http://download.avm.de/cardware/fritzx.usb/linux/suse.93/fxusb-suse93-3.11-06.tar.gz   
gives alot of errors:
