Ubuntu with KDE vs Kubuntu

I think the real question is, what happens to the "LTS" moniker if I install 
KDE (regardless of what I do with Gnome) on Ubuntu 8.04?  I mean they 
wouldn't call Kubuntu LTS because of KDE, however I can't see any business 
that installs Ubuntu LTS and then installs KDE 'cause some users just like it 
better, and that causing your "LTS" to go away.  So, in essense its either 
not giving LTS status to Kubuntu had nothing to do with KDE and that was an 
excuse, or you are going to lose your LTS status if you install any KDE app 
on Ubuntu.
