Is it official? Kubuntu 8.04 has been released?

Greetings, Kubuntu users!

According to the Kubuntu site, Kubuntu 8.04 has been released. But no links
to download the official ISO are up; only the KDE 4 version.

Can anyone verify that it has indeed been released?
