This sounds very familiar:
. . a lot of Linux' problems are driver-related, and these drivers are written 
by manufacturers who refuse to write proper linux drivers for their scanners, 
printers, WiFi cards, name it. . .
And then people complain that ''Linux doesn't work'' and stay with MS Windows.
