Vietnamese kubuntu solved

Well I may have solved the problem.
Downloaded and wrote to CD Hacao216Pro
which is a version of Puppy Linux localized for Vietnamese.
Its available on Distrowatch. Unfortunately
their search engine does not accept anything but
distro names
