Hehehe. I've actually had quite a bit of success turning people onto
F/LOSS software. From both ends: programmers and end users. Just two
weeks ago I installed Ubuntu on a friend's machine. When she found out
it's "Linux" she got mad. I tell people (only if they ask) that it's
Linux-based, not "Linux". "Linux" has a name for being difficult to
use. Ubuntu is quite the opposite (with KDE, at least).
