curious mouse behavior

Hi all,

In the right side of my task bar there's a small arrow to hide it. If
I stay with the pointer over this arrow and then I arrive to the right
border of the desktop moving it some pixels right, the pointer goes
instantaneously around 300 o 400 pixels up. This means that when I go
again left with my mouse instead of arriving again to the arrow I'm
more or less 300 o 400 pixels vertically over it...

I hope I'm explaining it more or less well. Too lazy to record a video.

Does anyone have the same "problem"?
