Adept package manager

Oops I accidentally hit the touchpad with the cursor on the send button.

Anyway, I recall a discussion somewhere about Adept locking up after a crash 
and the solution was to delete a lock file somewhere.

Well today my desktop crashed and now Adept package manager is complaining 
that another process is using the database or something to that effect, and I 
can't find nor recall where the lock file was that needs to be removed to get 
adept working again.

Anyone know?
