Sync calander and addressbook: Kontact vs. Nokia

I use Kontact as my PIM. I need to have it's information with me on
the go, specifically the addressbook (phone numbers only) and
calander. How can I sync Kontact with a Nokia 6280? If the 6280 is
incapable, what Nokia phone is capable?

Failing that, I have a Dell x50v that I can carry with me. How could I
export the Kontact data to the Dell? it is running Windows Mobile
2003SE.
