No sound after upgrade ! (Edgy --> Feisty)

Hello !

I have just upgraded my Kubuntu Distro from Edgy to Feisty and "apparently"
everything was ok till I decided to play some music with xmms.

When I try it, I get the following message:

Please check that:

Your soundcard is configured properly
You have the correct output plugin selected
No other program is blocking the soundcard

Before my upgrade the sound was working just fine.

Does anybody know what could be the problem?
