Go to Konqueror, Settings menu, Configure Konqueror, File Associations. Set
inode/directory and inode/system_directory to use Konqueror instead of
Dolphin.

changes anymore for KDE 3. Konqueror on KDE 4 isnt going to lose anything
either. It in fact gains from the file managing improvements on Dolphin.
