Compatibilitat de monitors amb kubuntu

Most Dell flat monitors are supported, and i have been able to enable
the rotate option in Ubuntu and windows.  I have also tried the Comnpaq
ones, but, while they work just fine with ubuntu, i have yet to be able
to enable the rotate option.
