Feisty: KPPP/Dialup Permissions Issue?

Thanks for your replies.

I have NOW set up the KPPP connection up using the instructions in the  
"how-to".  Curiously I did it all via the KPPP tool under Edgy, IIRC?
Also the "noauth" is set ok.

Still same old trouble.
It seems if the non-root users do not have enough permissions to PPP  
traffic through the network.  Hence KDialupNetwork does not see any  
PPP connection.

I am stumped here :o|
