Installing Kubuntu 7.04 on Dell Inspiron 9300??

Hi!
   
  Thanx-here are the details:
   Pentium M 750 1.86 512Mb 533Mhz 
  with an Intel ProWireless 2200 802.11g Mini PCi Wireless Lan Card, 
  graphics card 128 ATI Mobility Radeon X300, PCI-Express x16, 
  DVD+/-RW, Wuxga screen 1920 x 1200 resolution.
   
  I have searched before the tuxmobile page but it seems is not well updated and I dont see anyDell93 buddy installing Kubuntu Feisty Fawn. I intend to use it for multimedia purposes, so it's important I have the WiFi, musicbox, DVD in check.
   
  I thought I might find someone who has done already Inspiron93LKubuntu7.
   
  I know it may saound stupid but do you think a dual-booted is a better option for a Linux novice like me?

I've had no or little trouble with my DELL Inspiron 640m / e1405, but
thats just a side note...
