Problems starting apps after edgy->feisty upgrade !!

None of those are a problem.  Everything generates those "BadDevice"
errors - they can be removed if you want by removing the Wacom stanzas from
xorg.conf, but they do no harm.  Many things generate the plugAccel()
warning and one presumes they'll be fixed as time goes by.

That looks like a problem with kabc (kaddressbook).  The file _should_ be
part of kdelibs4c2a, so I'd try "sudo aptitude reinstall kdelibs4c2a" and
see what happens.
