Help with K3b please

Yes, there certainly is a flac plugin for K3b. I have it. You might want to
have a look at the K3b website (k3b.plainblack.com/requirements) for
information. I would guess that you need the libflac++5 package but I'm not
sure.

For your other questions I would suggest the K3b mailinglist
(k3b-user at lists.sourceforge.net). Sebastian Trueg (the father of K3b),
along with many other excellent people, monitor the list and respond
promptly to questions.
