If you are getting a busybox/initrd type prompt, it could be the ATA bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-source-2.6.20/+bug/96104
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-source-2.6.20/+bug/90715
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-source-2.6.20/+bug/96826
I will have to skip Feisty if they do not release an update as Edgy currently
works fine on my PC. It is a real shame that so many people are affected by a
showstopper like this but there hasn't be a 7.04.1 release or anything yet.
Does anyone know if one is planned?
