Feisty is now "stable" which means NO great changes anymore.
Only security updates and mayor bugfixes drop in every now and then.
There is also "backports"-channel which makes backports from one ubuntu
current dev-release to the *last* stable available.
But the limits for backports are also strict (no source changes are allowed
to come in e.g.).

There are also external repos available that provide packages but those
always made problems during upgrades.

Personally I use the stable release and do not want to mess with those things
and on a spare partition if have the dev-release installed for the sneak
preview. ;)
